Mixed-use building with 90 units (83 Residential & 7 CRUs), services we provided for this project were exterior and interior steel-stud framing, soffit framing for CRU’s, fire-rated shafted ceilings and T-Bar,and complete drywall for residential. Drop ceilings in residential units were done with steel stud.
